1. Where are you located?
We are located in the Great Mall of the Great Plains in Olathe, KS. The best entrance to get to our studio would be Burlington Coat Factory.
2. What are your store hours?
We are open Monday-Saturday 10:00a.m. to 8:00p.m. We are open Sunday 11:00a.m. to 6:00p.m. We stop taking pictures 1 hour before we close.
3. What is your turn around time?
Our turn around time is 1 hour to the next day. You will most likely get your pictures back if you come in the morning or afternoon. If you come in the evening, you might get your pictures back the next day.
4. I have a blemish on my face? Can you remove it?
Yes, we can. After you order your pictures, we touch up the poses you ordered. We will remove any blemishes, scars, scratches, ect. We also put a soft blur on the picture for a nice finishing touch.
5. Is there a sitting fee?
It depends on what package you order. If you do not order a package, then the sitting fee is $5.00 per person. Refer to our "Our Packages" page to see what sitting fees are covered for each package.
6. Can I walk-in?
We do accept walk-ins, but always recommend appointments. The weekends are our busiest time, so if you want to walk-in you might have to wait. During the week, you can walk-in and almost always get right in.
